Service - Company general data.
Company general data is intended to input, correct and view some company
permanent data.
Usable fields:
- Company name - Company name.
- Reg. No. - Company registration code.
- Phone - Company phone(s).
- Fax - Company fax(es).
- E-mail - Company e-mail address.
- WEB - Company home page address.
- Reg. address - Company registration address.
- Mailing address - Company mailing address.
- Zip - Company zip code.
- City - Company city.
- County - Company county.
- State - Company state.
- Authorized person table - Company authorized persons list.
- Picture - Company logo on reports.
- Load image button - To save companty report logo.
- Remove image button - To delete companty report logo.
- Save button - To save changes.
Fields in table:
- Person ID - Authorized person ID code.
- Name - Authorized person name.
- Title - Authorized person title.
- Phone - Authorized person phone.
- Mobile - Authorized person mobile phone.
- E-mail - Authorized person e-mail address.
Usage:
- Fill necessary fields.
- To save changes, click 'Save' button.
- To change data in table look table usage.
To load image:
- To load company report logo, click 'Load image' button.
- After clicking 'Load...' button, appears window, which asks picture
file location and name.
- Find desired picture and to load picture click 'Open' button, to
cancel picture load click 'Cancel' button.
- Picture recommended size is 1473*158 pixels. If picture is bigger or
smaller from recommended size, then width and height ratio must be same as
recommended picture size. Picture recommended maximal size on disk is
approx. 20 KB.
