Parameters

owner (MIME_Entity): Owner MIME entity.

mediaType (String): MIME media type. For example: text/plain.

stream (SmartStream): Stream from where to read body.

body (MIME_b_Multipart): Multipart body instance.

ParseException	Is raised when any parsing errors.
